• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards in both coffee and customer service

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies

• Train, mentor, and support the team to consistently provide excellent service

• Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere

• Handle scheduling, team performance, and operational planning

• Lead by example, creating a positive and inclusive team culture
