WILDFLOUR CAKE CO.
Founded in 2015, the Wild Flour Cake Company has risen from Jessica’s kitchen table to a custom-made bakery on Timsbury Farm in Bath. After working in a variety of coffee shops, Jessica realised that the cakes were often heavily reliant on flavourings, preservatives and sugar. With support from the Prince’s Trust charity, she began her mission to transform the quality of the coffee shop cake with interesting natural flavours and free-from ranges. They are a young, experienced team of bakers, brought together by a shared obsession of cake.
HOBBS HOUSE BAKERY
Hobbs House Bakery, proudly a B Corp have been baking for over 100 years.
All our bread is made by hand with true care and attention, many using 'overnight' fermentation for a deeper flavour and a better rise.

Their not-so-secret weapon is our 67 year old Sourdough Starter which they've been nourishing with flour and water every day for all of these years. In return, the little Starter has helped them create countless true sourdough loaves and been shared with home bakers all over the country.
